MR gels are the system of the magnetic particles dispersed in the gel matrix. Their mechanical properties can rapidly change under an external magnetic field. At present, the rheological properties of the MR gels are being experimentally studied by the mechanical-thermal-magnetic coupling testing system, and the applications device are being developed. |
