This project involves the mechanical analysis, modeling and the precise measure-ment of mechanical parameters of micro packages such as MEMS, microsensor, micromanipulator, with emphasis on the dynamic parameters via photomechanical method. The stimulation technique and identification algorithm of micro packages are also investigated. |
